• Best Price Guarantee.
In the unlikely event that you find a lower rate on CenTransit.bg or on another Bulgarian online travel agency website within 24 hours of your hotel , cruise or package purchase with CenTransit.bg , we will credit or refund to you the difference. In addition, we will give you a fifty EURO (50.00EUR) coupon good on a future booking of an CenTransit.bg Special Rate hotel or air plus hotel package on CenTransit.bg . This Best Price Guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
• Notifying CenTransit.bg of a Claim.
You must contact us at 02 480 2233 within twenty-four (24) hours after your CenTransit.bg purchase and within our agency working hours to make a claim under the Best Price Guarantee. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives.
• Must be "Apples to Apples" Comparison. The Best Price Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches, for example, specific carrier or provider (including class of service), hotel (including room type), ship and cabin category, rental car company and vehicle class, applicable refund policy, and the exact same dates and times of travel or service as booked through CenTransit.bg . For any stand-alone product booking (for example, a hotel room or an airline ticket), the comparison must be to the same product purchased stand-alone through another website (i.e., not part of a hotel + air travel package). Except as noted below, the Best Price Guarantee applies only to the cost of booked travel, as presented in the CenTransit.bg search results including any taxes and fees.
The Best Price Guarantee is not available for bookings on websites where the carrier, property, rental car company, itinerary or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase or for options found on airline websites . You must meet all requirements imposed on the lower price (if any), including, without limitation, residency, regional and age-related requirements.
• Comparison Rates Must Be Available to the General Public Online.
The Best Price Guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on an Bulgarian-language website. For example, this does not include rates offered on membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates; group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline prices; prices obtained via auction or similar process; or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. The lower rate may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received. The rate must be quoted, booked, and paid for in EUR .
• Important Note Regarding Activities and Travel Packages.
When you book an activity, or a travel package (i.e., air + hotel, ), on CenTransit.bg the Best Price Guarantee applies to the cost of the activity or the travel package, respectively, plus all taxes and fees.
• Important Note Regarding Cruises.
The Best Price Guarantee applies only to the cost of the cruise. Other taxes and fees, and any additional items, such as air or land components, insurance, the Cruise Protection Plan, shipboard credits, transfers, pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, onboard amenities, gift cards/certificates, cash back and/or dollars off are not eligible. To qualify for the Best Price Guarantee on a cruise booking, you must have either paid in full or paid a non-refundable deposit on the booking. If you have made a non-refundable deposit, then any credit under the Best Price Guarantee will be applied toward the outstanding balance due for your booked cruise.

NB Please make sure you do not purchase the option you have found elsewhere as you risk a double charge and since very often flights and packages may be non refundable, you may not be able to cancel any of the purchases you’ve made.
CenTransit.bg will not verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. Verified requests will receive a credit notice of the difference and 50EUR to be applied towards a future CenTransit.bg purchase or a fee CenTransit.bg weekend package within approximately 7-10 days of verification. Limit: one (1) EUR50 coupon per entire reservation(regardless of number of passengers booked in it, and three (3) coupons per customer per calendar month (regardless of the number of accounts used by the customer). Each coupon is valid for one (1) year from month of issuance.

1. This offer is from CenTransit.bg and is available to CenTransit.bg customers only.
2. This single-use coupon is valid for a discount of up to 50EUR towards the new booking on CenTransit.bg of either: (A) one (1) room at CenTransit.bg hotel; or (B) one (1) air plus hotel package booking.
3. This BPGC (Best Price Guarantee Coupon) or centransit.bg weekend package coupon is valid for one (1) year from date of issuance, (for example, if your coupon is issued on 15/03/2010, you have until 15/03/2011 to redeem).
4. There are no blackout dates when using the 50EUR BPGC. Bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and all applicable terms and conditions. However when using the CenTransit.bg package there may be seasonal or other restrictions , which Centransit.bg will explain to you when you decide to use your CenTransit.bg package.
5. This BPGC is not transferable. It may not be combined with or applied to other coupons, promotions, special offers or air-only bookings.
6. All taxes, fees, charges and surcharges applicable to the booking, including, without limitation, extra person, phone, parking and other charges are applicable to your reservation, and this coupon cannot be applied to them. These charges must be paid at the time the reservation is confirmed or to the hotel property directly and are the responsibility solely of the customer. This BPGC cannot be applied to the cost of cancellation or change penalties, prepaid reservations, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges.
7. This BPGC will be deemed fully used once a qualifying reservation has been made and will not be returned or replaced, even in the event that the reservation is cancelled. If travel dates are changed after the use of coupon, then the coupon will not apply to the changed travel schedule. There is no residual value and no credit will be issued if purchase amount is less than the coupon amount. Customer is responsible for the cost of the booking above the value of the redeemed coupon.
8. Terms and conditions of this BPGC are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorized person, including employees of CenTransit.bg
9. This BPGC is not redeemable for cash.
10. Void where prohibited by law.
Changes. CenTransit.bg reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your booking will determine your eligibility under the Best Price Guarantee. No change in the Best Price Guarantee will affect any coupon that has already been issued to you. The failure by CenTransit.bg to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
